We make buttermilk biscuits from scratch everyday. We serve them up in a variety of meat, egg, veggie, and cheese arrangements. Sausage and Grape Jelly is one of our favorites.
Milwaukie's own Bob's Red Mill polenta with served up creamy and delicious. We always have polenta with seasonal veggies and pesto. We also always do a breakfast style bowl with scrambled eggs, cheddar and sausage or bacon. We have rotating seasonal bowls as well.
Brisket and Collards
Slow cooked beef brisket and braised collard greens. We put them on top of creamy polenta or on a ciabatta roll, top it with some house made hot sauce and sea salt.
